Become a Founding Member of BlueVez

Help build Africa's largest student-powered innovation ecosystem before you graduate. Work on real products, learn from real engineers and creators, and leave university with a portfolio that speaks for itself.

Why join BlueVez

What founding members actually get

01

Build real software

Ship features inside BlueBoard and BlueMeet — products already used by real institutions, not classroom exercises.

02

Work on real products

Join a product team with a roadmap, reviews, and release cycles. Your work goes live.

03

Gain professional experience

Standups, code review, design critique, content calendars — how technology companies actually operate.

04

Build a portfolio

Leave with shipped work, credits, and references you can show employers or investors.

05

Learn from mentors

Direct guidance from BlueVez engineers, designers, and operators as you build.

06

Collaborate across universities

Work with students from campuses across Ghana and, in time, across Africa.

07

Join innovation projects

Media, film, podcasting, research, and product experiments — not only engineering.

08

Grow into leadership

Founding members become campus leads, team leads, and full contributors as BlueVez scales.

09

Be here from day one

A founding cohort is small on purpose. You help set the culture, not inherit it.

You do not need to be a programmer.

BlueVez is building software, media, film, podcasts, learning programs, and a business. That takes designers, writers, marketers, filmmakers, photographers, researchers, accountants, and legal minds as much as it takes engineers.

Questions, answered

Do I need to know how to code?
No. BlueVez needs designers, writers, marketers, filmmakers, photographers, researchers, finance and legal minds as much as engineers.
Who can apply?
University students and recent graduates. Ghana first, with other African countries opening as we scale.
How much time does it take?
Most founding members contribute between 5 and 15 hours a week around their studies. You tell us your availability in the form.
Is this paid?
The founding cohort is an experience-and-portfolio program. As BlueVez grows, founding members are the first considered for paid roles and leadership positions.
What happens after I apply?
We review your application, invite shortlisted applicants to orientation, issue a Digital Member ID after orientation, and match you to a project.
